Almond Butter Granola Bars
These almond butter granola bars are the perfect on-the-go snack. They taste delicious with the smooth almond butter mixed with a little pinch of sea salt. For the perfect result, be sure to use granola that doesn't contain dried fruit - we love to use either plain or our Nutty granola.

📝 Preparation Steps

Preheat the oven to 180C (350F), fan setting. Line a baking tray with baking parchment.

Place the coconut in the oven and toast for a couple of minutes until it becomes slightly golden.

Once toasted, transfer the coconut into a large bowl and mix through the granola, oat flour, maple syrup, almond butter and a pinch of sea salt.

Mix well until everything is coated.

Spoon the mixture into the lined baking tray and push down well to ensure everything is nicely compact and the top is even.

Cook for ⏱️ 15 minutes until golden.

Once cooked, remove from the oven and leave to completely cool before cutting into equal bars.
