Lady Recipes provides public database query endpoints for educational, research, and personal applications. By using the API, you agree:

• Not to bypass rate limits or implement denial-of-service attempts.
• To use the API data ethically and include proper source links and publisher credits in your applications.
• Not to build commercial applications meant to copy or replace traffic to the original recipe publishers.

2. Intellectual Property & Recipe Data

We do not claim ownership, copyright, or trademark rights over any recipe title, description, ingredient lists, or directions indexed within our system. All recipes remain the intellectual property of their original publisher authors. We only offer normalized search and schema indexing services for developers.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The recipe search API is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Lady Recipes makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding:

• The nutritional accuracy, serving safety, or allergen warnings of any indexed recipe.
• The completeness or correctness of instructions generated by external crawlers.
• Uninterrupted uptime or continuous availability of developer endpoints.

4. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate access to our API or web interface at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the local laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
