Cinnamon & Pecan Granola
This was my first granola recipe ever and the basis of the one we now sell in thousands of shops around the UK. It’s a simple oat, pecan, almond and seed base with sweet notes of maple, cinnamon and coconut.

📝 Preparation Steps

Preheat oven to 180°C / 160°C fan / 350°F. Line a baking sheet with baking paper.

Roughly chop the pecans and almonds. You can do this either with a kitchen knife, or by placing them into a food processor and pulsing several times.

Place them into a large bowl with the oats, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds.

Melt the coconut oil, cinnamon and maple syrup over a medium heat.

Pour the liquid ingredients over the dry, mix well until all is coated.

Place in the oven and cook for ⏱️ 35-40 minutes, stirring every ⏱️ 15 minutes to ensure nothing burns. Once cooked, remove from the oven and mix in the raisins.

Once cooled, place into an airtight container (a jar or Tupperware) for storage. This granola keeps well for up to one month.
