Crispy Kale
These are one of our go-to afternoon snacks. The chilli flakes give them a little kick of spice, while roasting them in the oven gives them a delicious crunch.

Preheat the oven to 200°C / 180°C fan / 400°F, grill setting.

Simply tear the kale leaves from the stems, discarding the stems and placing the leaves in a baking tray.

Drizzle olive oil, a sprinkle of chilli flakes, salt and pepper onto the leaves.

Mix well with your hands, ensuring that all of the leaves are coated.

Place the tray in the oven for ⏱️ 8-12 minutes until the edges of the leaves begin to brown, at which point they should be nice and crispy.
