Fruit & Nut Breakfast Muffins
We've been playing around making some new breakfast recipes and these fruit & nut breakfast muffins are by far one of our all-time favourites. They're deliciously moreish and make the prefect on-the-go breakfast.

📝 Preparation Steps

Preheat the oven to 180C (350F), fan setting. Line a 12 hole muffin tray with cupcake cases.

In a large bowl, mix together the flour, muesli (or oats), baking powder and bicarb until there are no lumps.

Add the almond butter, almond milk, melted coconut oil and maple syrup. Mix well until a thick batter forms.

Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well before dividing the mixture equally between the cupcake cases.

Sprinkle a little more fruit & nut muesli (or oats) on top of each cupcake and bake for ⏱️ 30-35 minutes until cooked through.
