Preheat the oven to 180C (350F), fan setting. Line a loaf tin with baking parchment.

In a large bowl, mix together the flour, coconut sugar, ground almonds, bicarb, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger - mixing well until there are no lumps.

Pour in the melted coconut oil and almond milk, and whisk well until a smooth batter forms.

Finally, stir through the raisins.

Pour the mixture into the loaf tin and bake for ⏱️ 50-55 minutes until cooked through.
