No-Date Energy Balls
We've been getting a lot of requests for an energy ball without dates, so here it is! A blend of almond butter, cacao, ground almonds, maple syrup and chia seeds. This is such a quick, easy and delicious snack.

In a small bowl, mix together the chia seeds and water. Leave to one side to thicken for ⏱️ 10 minutes.

Place the chia mixture, almond butter, maple syrup and cacao powder into a powerful food processor and blend until a very smooth paste forms.

Add in the ground almonds and blitz a few times to mix through.

Roll the mixture into 12 equal sized balls.

Place the balls in the fridge for an hour to set, then store in an airtight container in the fridge.
