Preheat the oven to 230C (440F), fan setting.

Cut the new potatoes in half, and the larger ones into quarters.

Place the potatoes in a large baking tray and cover with the spices, a pinch of salt and drizzle of olive oil. Mix well before roasting for ⏱️ 10 minutes.

While the potatoes are roasting, cut the brussels sprouts in half, removing their ends. After ⏱️ 10 minutes of cooking, add the brussels sprouts to the baking tray, mix well and cook for 30 more minutes.
