Spiced Porridge
When the weather is cold this spiced porridge is my go-to. It’s so warming and has such lovely spices in each bite. The mix of cinnamon, ginger and turmeric with coconut sugar, raisins and sunflower seeds is really delicious and then I add banana slices and maple to finish it off.

Simply add the oats, almond milk, coconut sugar and spices to a saucepan over a medium heat.

Cook for ⏱️ 5-10 minutes over a low heat stirring regularly, until thick and creamy.

Stir through the sunflower seeds and raisins and cook for 1 more minute.

Remove from the heat and serve with the sliced banana and a drizzle of maple syrup if using.
