Put the oil into a frying pan over medium heat. Add the sprouts and fry for 5–⏱️ 8 minutes until softened.

Meanwhile, mix together the maple syrup, miso paste, vinegar and soy sauce. Once the sprouts are soft, pour in the sauce, increase the heat, and cook for ⏱️ 2 minutes until the sauce has reduced and is sticky. Season to taste.
