Warm Spinach & Artichoke Dip
I love this as an alternative to hummus and guacamole, especially in the cooler months of the year. The mix of artichokes, cashews, tahini, spinach, almond milk, lemon and salt is wonderful! As it bakes, all the flavours really mix together, enhancing each bite. I love dunking crunchy corn chips into the piping hot tray as soon as it comes out the oven.

Preheat oven to Preheat oven to 200°C / 180°C fan / 400°F.

Place all of the ingredients into a food processor and pulse for 5–⏱️ 7 minutes until smooth.

Spoon the mixture into a dish and cook for ⏱️ 15 minutes until crispy on top.
